Bible Verses About Healing
Scriptures about God's power to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Scripture presents God as a healer of the whole person: body, mind, and soul. The Bible neither promises that every illness will be cured on demand nor treats sickness as outside God's care. It points us to the One who heals, and to the deepest healing of all, which is the forgiveness of sin.
These verses hold both honesty and hope. They invite prayer for the sick, they comfort the broken-hearted, and they keep our eyes on the cross, where the greatest wound was healed.
Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
God reveals Himself to His people as the Lord who heals you.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Living it out
Bring your need for healing to God directly and ask others to pray with you, as Scripture instructs. Trust His goodness with the outcome, knowing He cares for both body and soul.
Do not overlook the healing already secured at the cross. Whatever happens with the body, let God bind up the broken heart and grant the deeper wholeness of forgiveness and peace.
